ARTICLE I
Article I: All legislative power: The first article of the Constitution establishes Congress and divides its powers to insure a deliberative legislative process. The legislative branch of government is made up of the Senate and House of Representatives. The House of Representatives is made up of Congressmen elected within each state a apportioned by population. The Senate is made up of 2 Senators from each state.
ARTICLE II
Article 2: The President is the Chief Executive of government and head of the U.S. armed forces. The President conducts U.S. foreign policy and commands the armed forces during times of war (subject to Congress declaring war and paying for the war). The President serves a four year term and can be reelected once to an additional term.
ARTICLE III
Article 3: The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Supreme Court is comprised of Justices who serve life terms. The Presidnet nominates the Justinces and they are approved for office by the U.S. Senate.
ARTICLE IV
Article 4: All people of every state havee the right to all privlages in each state. a person who comits a crime will have the same justise in all states.
ARTICLE V
Article 5: Congress can propose amendments to the Constitution that can be ratified by the approval of two-thirds of the states in the Union. As well, the States can call for a Constitutional Convention to propose amendments.
ARTICLE VI
Article 6: Any treaties made shall be kept and all judges from the judicial branch shall honnor that treaty. Also, no religious test may be enacted for holding federal office.
ARTICLE VII
Article 7: The aprove of a states is needed for the radification of the constitution.
